Pat, a lifelong resident of Bryan, began
playing the drums for his father at jamborees around the Bedias area at
age ten. Throughout the years, he has performed a wide variety of music
with a number of local bands. During the early '90s, Pat was a sound
technician at the Texas Hall of Fame, which is what truly turned him
into a student of the art of playing; running the board for Tim McGraw,
Neal McCoy, Collin Raye, Exile, Ray Price, John Conlee, Tracy Byrd,
Johnny Dee and the Rocket 88's and about 40 different local bands, Pat
absorbed a great deal of insight into what live sound and performing is
all about.
Pat began playing with Al Mikulin in 1994, and the two of them eventually formed the core of what would become the Texas Knights Band.
Pat feels very blessed to perform with the Texas Knights. He considers the band as a second family, as do all the other members. He loves the fact that the Knights can gel as a whole onstage and take that same attitude aside from music.
In Patrick's spare time, he enjoys playing video games, watching movies, playing RPG's (yep, he's a nerd!), fishing, and spending quality time with his girlfriend.
